RESUME

Hi! I'm Maddie Morse and I am a New-York based filmmaker, photographer, cinematographer, and choreographer.

I graduated Northwestern University with a Bachelor’s in Radio/Television/Film and Psychology.

I have always been drawn to creative fields, beginning with dance in the third grade and photography even earlier. It's rare to see me without a camera.

I have worked on various production and marketing teams, including HBO where I worked as a Marketing intern editing promotional assets and running PR for an elite collegiate dance group, Fusion.

Last summer, I worked at HBO as a Marketing A/V intern and in April 2023, I received a grant to direct “Yellow Reverie” a film that showcased in June 2024 and is now in the festival circuit. I look forward to continuing to share my work here!

I had the incredible opportunity to study abroad at Prague Film School in Fall 2022. While there, I gained a deeper understanding of visual storytelling and filmmaking working on all roles on set including: Director, Editor, Director of Photography, Gaffer, Sound Mixer, Boom Op, Script Supervisor, etc. Since then, I have DPed, ADed, and Directed multiple shorts at Northwestern.
